In Year 1 we love reading! In both of our classrooms we have exciting book areas full of lots of different books for us to read!  Reading is so important because we use it in every lesson.  Remember to read everyday and talk about what you are reading with an adult.  

 

There are some great free ebooks on Oxford Owl and you can pick the same colour band as your home reading book (parents need to register to access the free online books).  Click on the link below.
