Let Not Your Light Be Hidden... Let Your Light Shine!
This term, Year 4 have been deepening their knowledge and understanding about: fractions, decimals money and perimeter. Children have built on what they have learnt during the Autumn term to divide one and two digit numbers by 10 and 100, enabling them to count in tenths and hundredths. These skills were also useful when estimating, comparing and calculating pounds and pence as well as solving money problems involving fractions and decimals to two decimal places. Once again, children used their multiplication and division skills to convert between units of measurements.
