Stories

We have a very special reading garden in our Nursery where we can go and read books anytime that we want to! During the school day, we also have a special story time with Miss McQueen or Mrs Akhtar where they read us a story. The teachers also set up fun activities relating to our favourite stories so we can explore the story further.

Teacher's Comment

We encourage children to be confident to pick up a story book and talk about the pictures. Sharing stories is a special time that you can share with children to enhance their imagination and recall skills. We like to encourage parent's to read with children at home by providing a new home reading book each week that you can share at home with your child.
