Hello and welcome to our Year 6 page. We will be filling this page with exciting class news, pictures of things we have done and much more. We hope you enjoy looking at all the learning we do!

• Our PE days are Tuesday and Wednesday. Children must come to school in their PE kit. We will be going swimming in the Summer Term.
• Our spelling day is on a Friday. Spellings will be given out and the previous week's tested each Thursday. 
• Home learning will also be given out each Friday. It is due to be handed back in on the following Wednesday. 
• Year 6 SATs:
  • Monday 10th May - Grammar, Punctuation and Spelling
  • Tuesday 11th May - Reading 
  • Wednesday 12th May - Maths Paper 1 (Arithmetic test) and Maths Paper 2 (Reasoning)
  • Thursday 13th May - Maths Paper 3 (Reasoning)

Autumn 1 2026:

Tuesday 1^st September - INSET day (school closed to pupils)

Wednesday 2^nd September – Year 6 Residential

Wednesday 9^th September – Year 6 Meet the Teacher
